Strawberry “Milk” Shake

If you ever crave ice cream (who doesn’t haha!?) then this is perfect for you. Made with dates and full-fat coconut milk to kick that craving in the butt. Go make this right NOW!

Strawberry “Milk” Shake (Print here )

 Ingredients:

1 ½ cups of frozen strawberries/ any fruit you like

½ cup full- fat coconut milk

½ cup regular coconut milk or almond milk

2-3 medjool dates (soaked in warm water for an hour)

Directions:

  1. After the dates have soaked for at least an hour add them to blender
  2. Add both full-fat and regular milk first and then fruit to make blending easier
  3. Blend until smooth and enjoy

*If you want it to be more like ice cream you can pour it into an ice cream maker or put in the freezer for 3 hours stirring every 30 minutes until it thickens)
