Overnight N’Oats

I love breakfast time! I have a slight problem though… I take to long to make breakfast and usually rush to get out of the door on time 😦 Soooo I have been trying to make my breakfast at night and just grabbing it in the morning! I tried something new and I LOVED it! This is also a great breakfast if your going the Whole30. No oats, no sweetener (unless you want some), just pure and simple! I hope you try it out and tell us what you think!

Overnight N’oatmeal (print here )

Ingredients:

1/2 cup shredded coconut

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp turmeric root, grated(or powder)

Small handful of dried cranberries (unsweetened)

Directions:

1) Place all ingredients into a mason jar and stir well (I usually just put the lid on and shake)

2) Place in fridge overnight and grab in the morning!

 

*I used the cranberries as the only form of sweetness but feel free to smash a banana or add some honey.

*Can also add nut butter
