Cacao Cranberry Fat Bombs

Another road trip calls for another batch of energy ballsssss!!!! And since chocolate is one of my favorite things I decided to make this batch with cacao powder. These have the perfect amount of sweetness and so so satisfying. This would also be great for pretty much anytime because they are portable and bite sized. Try them out and you won’t regret it! Its all about being pure and simple 🙂

Cacao Cranberry Fat Bombs (print here )

Makes roughly 18 balls

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut, shredded

2 tbsp chia seeds

½ cup almond flour

¼ cup cashews, roughly chopped

1 tbsp cacao

2 scoops collagen peptides

½ cup coconut butter

½ cup full-fat coconut milk

¼ cup dried, unsweetened cranberries

 

Directions:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine coconut, chia seeds, almond flour, chopped cashews, cacao powder and collagen.
  2. Melt coconut butter and pour over try ingredients, stir until crumbly
  3. Put the full fat coconut milk in and mix. The mixture should hold together at this point, if not, add more coconut milk
  4. Stir in cranberries
  5. Form into balls and place in fridge until firm

 

*Should be stored in fridge.
