Oatmeal without the oats…

Ok ok… probably the weirdest thing I’ve ever made… BUT! It was approved by my mom and brother so it TASTE GOOD I promise!! Haha! Changing up common recipes is the BEST and I try to be as a creative as possible. But with this one I thought I went a little too weird haha but its fine! My mom couldn’t even tell what was in it when she tried it 🙂 I told you guys I love cauliflower right…

Cauliflower No’tmeal (print here)

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk

1 cup cauliflower rice

1 banana, smashed

1 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. turmeric

½ tsp. nutmeg

½ tsp. ginger powder

1 scoop Collagen powder (optional)

¼ cup almond slices

½ tablespoon almond butter

1 tablespoon chia seeds

 

Directions:

  1. In a small pan on stove, heat up milk (don’t not boil)
  2. Stir in cauliflower and cook for 10-15 minutes
  3. Stir in banana, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, nutmeg, almond slices and almond butter
  4. Add in collagen powder if using
  5. Pour into mason jar, cover and place in fridge overnight or eat right away!

  1. Sounds really interesting. I’ve added cauliflower to a small portion of oats but never tried it on its own before.
