Lemon Poppy Seed Chia Pudding

Happy Friday!! This chia pudding makes me so excited for summer and warmer days! Lemon Poppy Seed anything is one of my favorite flavors!!!! And this was TOTALLY not a disappointment🍋🍋

Lemon Poppy Seed Chia Pudding (print here)

Ingredients:

1 lemon, juice and zest

1 tbsp. poppy seeds

1 cup milk of choice

1 cup water

1-3 tbsp. honey (your preference)

8 tbsp. chia seeds

Directions:

  1. In a blender, add water, milk, honey and lemon juice and zest. Blend until well incorporated
  2. Pour into storage container and stir in poppy seeds, then stir in chia seeds, one tablespoon at a time.
  3. Let sit for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes
  4. Cover and place in fridge for one hour or overnight
