Butternut Squash

  1. GOOD SUBSTITUTE- You can use butternut squash for so many things like fries, mashed, cheese sauce, soups!
  2. VITAMINS OBVIOUSLY- Butter squash contains vitamin C, A, and minerals like potassium and manganese.
  3. SKIN CANCER- Squash has a protein that can actually inhibit the growth of skin cancer. (1)
  4. FATIGUE- The extract inside the squash can actually be effective in decreasing fatigue and enhancing your exercising performance! (2)
