Ginger

  1. PREVENTS STROKE- Actually ginger, onion and garlic all of anti-clotting abilities which help prevent strokes and heart disease
  2. DIGESTION- Ginger has been shown to ease the stomach and support healthy digestion so what you eat can be absorbed and the waste can be pushed out
  3. IMMUNITY- Do you ever drink ginger tea when your sick? You should probably start because gingers warming effect can actually rid the body of toxins in our organs. It also helps cleanse the lymphatic system, which is the system that collects the leftover blood
  4. PAIN- Surprisingly, ginger can also help ease pain. In a study, women were giving ginger when they were experiencing cramps and nausea. 83% of the women found the ginger pill improved there symptoms (1).
