Stir Fry!!!!

Stir fry is a super easy way to get a lot of different vegetables in! It’s pretty easy to make but it just takes a lot of prep because you gotta cut all the veggies😬 It’s so versatile too!! You can use any veggie and any protein you want and just pour the sauce on top👍🏼

Stir Fry (print here)

Ingredients:

Sauce:

1/3 cup tamari or coconut aminos

1 cup water

1 tsp. sesame oil

1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar

½ tsp. chili paste

½ tsp. fish sauce

½ tbsp. ginger root, fresh grated

1-3 tbsp. arrowroot powder

 

Veggies: ( You can use anything you want!)

Half a cabbage

One head of broccoli

One head of cauliflower

Snow peas

 

Meat:

Could use shredded chicken, sliced steak or even ground beef

 

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients for the sauce into a pint mason jar. Shake well
  2. Chop your veggies, in a large pan heat up ghee or coconut oil. Add one veggie at a time and cook until tender then remove and put into a separate bowl
  3. Cook the meat until cooked through or for steak until desired.
  4. Add the veggies back into the pan with the meat pour the sauce over and stir well.
  5. Cook for bout another 10 minutes for the sauce to reduce slightly
